What You’ll Do
As our Office Assistant, you’ll:
- Support day-to-day operations by managing referrals, medical records, and scheduling.
- Assist with preparing admission packets and ensuring DME equipment delivery for Home Health and Hospice.
- Participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation, providing compassionate assistance to clients, staff, and families.
- Maintain organized, accurate documentation and medical records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with a caring, driven team committed to delivering exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, customer-service-driven professional who thrives in a mission-focused environment. Ideal candidates have:
- A high school diploma and at least one year of office experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- A passion for working with seniors and supporting their care journey.
- Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, Google Suite) and experience with electronic medical records (Netsmart preferred).
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
