Founded in 1976 as an independent, coeducational school, Westminster Christian Academy provides a comprehensive college preparatory program for 950 students in grades 7 through 12. The school is located in suburban St. Louis County, Missouri, on a 70-acre campus, 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis.

Responsibilities
- Full-time strength and conditioning teacher in the physical education department. Possibility of other PE classes assigned as needed
- Work with coaches to design and implement an in-season strength and conditioning program for athletes
- Design, implement, and oversee an off-season strength and conditioning program for athletes during the school year
- Design, implement and manage a summer strength and conditioning program; responsibilities include the recruitment and training of workers, design of the program, and management of the program financials
- A clear testimony of a personal saving relationship with Jesus Christ
- Membership or faithful attendance at an approved Protestant church congregation
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Contagious enthusiasm that engages athletes and inspires them to participate in strength and conditioning
- Strong desire to develop and implement a vision for athlete development across all sports
- National Strength and Conditioning Association or similar certification strongly preferred
- Fulfillment of MSHSAA coaching requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to relate to athletes, parents, and coaches
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for athletes
- Strong and proven verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to develop, communicate, and implement daily workout plans
