POSITION : Department Clerk Trainee
LOCATION : Westmoreland County Adult Probation and Parole
PAY RATE : Starting wage is $16.93 per hour as per the union contract. (32.5 hours per week)
JOB DUTIES : The purpose of this position is to answer and direct telephone calls, handle reception duties, sort mail and maintain the Adult Probation and Parole Office filing system. The attached document sets forth a more detailed description of the job duties and responsibilities.
Job Description
JOB QUALIFICATIONS : High school graduate with training in basic clerical
procedures, including use of computers. Some prior
job experience helpful but any combination of
education and experience that provides equivalent
knowledge, skills and abilities is acceptable.
