PROBATIONARY PERIODThe 1st 45 working days of employment, sick or personal time can be used during probationary period.
HOURS OF WORK6.5 hours / day (8 : 30am – 4 : 00pm) 1 hour unpaid lunch
Occasional overtime
SICK LEAVE0-5 years of service - 8 days accrued per year
6-10 years of service – 10 accrued days per year
Employee will receive one additional sick day for each additional year, maximum of 15 days.
