PROBATIONARY PERIOD : The 1st 90 working days of employment. You are entitled to medical insurance after the 45th working day. Sick or Personal time can be used during probationary period.
HOURS OF WORK : 7.5 hours / day (8 : 30am – 4 : 30pm) ½ hour unpaid lunch
Occasional overtime
SICK LEAVE : May earn 1.25 sick days for each calendar month of employment during each calendar year, (15 days per year).
VACATION : YRS. OF SERVICEANNUAL ENTITLEMENT
After 1 year 10 working days
After 3 years 15 working days
After 10 years 20 working days
Employee will receive one additional vacation day for each additional year, maximum of 25 days.
