Support Doctor Partners: Collaborate with and support owner-doctors in executing strategy, solving problems, and building thriving teams.
-
Mentor & Manage: Coach office managers, develop talent, and create a culture of accountability and high performance.
-
Execute & Improve: Identify gaps, streamline systems, and implement operational improvements that scale across the region.
-
Travel Consistently: Maintain a strong in-practice presence with regular travel and overnight stays within your assigned territory.
