EXECUTIVE / MARKETING ASSISTANT (Part Time / Hybrid Schedule)
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Part Time: 20-30 hours . Hourly Bonuses
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage process for new markets / marketing plans client appreciation opportunities onsite / via local marketing
- Oversee platforms for business development
- Partner support in client onboarding, service and growth of business
- New client processing / client welcoming onboarding
- Client communication via approved social mediums and lead generation platform
- Help with the business growth initiatives
- Assist with local marketing / events to business clients
- Staff support and day to day client relationships / service
- Handling of client service / appointment requests for Partner
