What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Operations Trainer position at WeStreet Federal Credit Union?
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Embody the Credit Union’s core values of Trust, Integrity, Teamwork and Making a Difference and ensure that employees understand and embrace these core values.
- Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SME) to gain knowledge of operational standards, systems and business initiatives.
- Design, develop and implement operational training programs in support of the Credit Union’s mission.
- Facilitate training courses using a variety of delivery methods, including classroom, onsite, virtual and e-learning.
- Create training resources including facilitator guides, participant guides, work step instructions, PowerPoints, and microlearning.
- Administer and maintain the credit union’s LMS including but not limited to tracking training hours, attendance, metrics and reports as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum two years of training or instructional design experience.
- Financial industry experience is a plus.
- Proficient or working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Management Systems (UKG), SharePoint, Camtasia, and other instructional design software.
