Westward360 is a leader in the Property Management and Community Association Management industry, with locations nationwide. We service condo, townhome, and homeowner associations and provide rental management services to multi-family and single-unit properties.

What You’ll Do:
- HR Team & Office Oversight
- Directly manage the HR team, including the Sr. HR Generalist, Payroll & Benefits Specialist, and HR Administrator.
- Indirectly oversee the Office Coordinator, managed by the Sr. HR Generalist.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to HR team members.
- Ensure HR policies and practices align with company goals and compliance standards.
- Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Conduct exit interviews for Directors and above, offering insights for leadership.
- Drive performance management strategies, ensuring fair and structured evaluations.
- Act as a trusted resource for employee relations issues, handling conflict resolution and workplace investigations.
- Oversee leave management, ensuring proper tracking and compliance with labor laws.
- Benefits, Compliance & Vendor Management
- Lead benefits administration, including open enrollment and ongoing plan management.
- Administer workers’ compensation programs and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Foster strong partnerships with HR vendors, optimizing service delivery and cost efficiency.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years managing direct reports.
- Deep knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and compliance regulations.
- Experience leading HR teams and supporting office administration functions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (Paylocity or similar preferred) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.).
