Job Title: Superintendent/Forman
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Superintendent/Forman to lead our excavation projects.

- Supervise and lead a 3-5 person crew, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.

- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and project managers to ensure project success.
