As an SDR at Whalen Gutter Guards, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be generating leads, identifying opportunities, and setting appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through in person public and door to door lead-generation tactics.
- Identify and qualify potential customers.
- Set appointments for our sales team to close deals
- Maintain and manage your own pipeline of prospects.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and customer data in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and customer engagement
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team
- Interest in the home improvement or construction industry is a plus
