Job Description:
We are seeking a hardworking and organized Associate Family Law Attorney who has the experience to handle cases immediately. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in family law, be able to switch gears quickly, and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with support staff and other attorneys are essential. Senior attorney will provide mentorship for associate attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court appearances and hearings.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Meet with clients to discuss case details and provide legal guidance.
- Collaborate effectively with paralegals and fellow attorneys.
- Manage a large caseload while maintaining high-quality service.
- Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and client needs in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Washington.
- Proven experience in family law is required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
