Responsibilities

  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the office system.
  • Assist with sales inquiries and promote additional services or products as appropriate.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in analyzing customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Experience with cash handling and basic office procedures.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
