Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to fabricate metal components and assemblies.
- Operate machinery including press brake machines and cranes to shape and assemble materials.
- Perform tig and mig welding
- Measure and inspect finished products using micrometers and other measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the fabrication process and implement solutions as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in metal fabrication, welding, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using various hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment.
- Familiarity with welding techniques is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during shifts.
