We are a dynamic, passionate company specializing in top-tier adventure gear for overlanding, camping, and off-roading. Our products are designed to help adventurers transform their vehicles into fully-equipped rigs for exploration. As we expand our operations with a second production facility in Chicago, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Consultant to provide exceptional support to our customers and assist them with product and service information while resolving any technical concerns.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Provide clear and accurate information about our products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with products.
- Update and maintain customer records based on interactions.
- Redirect complex inquiries to the Sales Manager or Production Manager as needed.
- Develop and keep up-to-date a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain positive relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Working Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (flexible working hours).
- Payment options: Weekly or biweekly, depending on your preference.
Enjoy a stable base salary of $35,000, plus commissions for every sale! Depending on performance, earnings typically range from $46,000 to $58,000 annually, with the potential to earn even more based on your success. The more deals you close, the greater your earning potential!
