Job Purpose: Experienced Sales Representative for Aluminum Construction Company
Must be outgoing, knowledgeable, hardworking, and personable. House Sales rep are provided with a vehicle, gas, cell phone and all equipment needed to be successful. Must be reliable. Ability to read blueprints and bid for job. The candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, hardworking and someone who understands the window installation and sales process. Must be able to pass drug test and have a clean driving record.
Job Duties:
- Prior experience in a construction setting, preferably in aluminum construction (prior construction or aluminum construction sales and / or management experience goes to the top of the list).
- Excellent customer service and people skills.
- Ability to provide on the spot proposals to potential customers.
- Desire to do well in a competitive market.
- Be self – motivated but able to work in a team setting.
- Strong organization skills.
- Desire to succeed.
- Be coachable.
- Look presentable.
- Familiar with technology (computers, GPS, smart phones).
- Ability to attend after-hours marketing events.
- Possess a “think outside the box” approach to sales.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
Skills/Qualifications:
