Job Description and Responsibilities
The Towson, Maryland office of White and Williams LLP, a large multi-practice law firm, is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of commercial litigation, construction and/or surety law experience. Admission to the Maryland bar is required. Excellent opportunity for a hardworking professional to contribute to a fast-paced practice. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

Requirement
Strong academic credentials. Judicial clerkship preferred.
At least 3-6 years of commercial litigation experience preferred.
Excellent research, writing and communication skills, as well as interest in construction and/or surety law.
Maryland bar admission required. DC and/or Virginia bar admission preferred.
