Production Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and motivated Production Worker to join our team in our precast manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the production process while ensuring quality standards are met. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions and work within a team environment.

Duties

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Strip molds, check that product meets quality standards, and prepare molds for next step.
• Help production team with pouring and finishing concrete in the molds.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 80 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Basic mechanical skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
