Job Summary
We are seeking to hire an associate. This job comes with pay raises as you are able to handle more responsibility, and opportunities for promotion to management.
Responsibilities
- Drive the shuttle van to pick up or drop off customers and provide lei greetings, providing top-notch customer service with "Aloha".
- Inspect returning vehicles for new damage, check the gas level, and smell for tobacco smoke.
- Wash fleet vehicles then vacuum, wipe-down, and load beach gear.
- Perform basic maintenance at our lot (cleaning the office, spraying for weeds, watering our plants, picking up trash, etc).
When you are able to master the basics above, you may start training on how to use our rental system, take calls, reply to emails/texts, and more. This will come with a pay raise.
Requirements
- You MUST be able to follow directions and have serious attention to detail.
- Shows up to work and leaves drama at home.
- Driver's license with a clean driving record (no moving violations for three years)
- Able to pass a drug test upon request.
- Background check is required.
- Flexible schedule.
- Able to start immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
