We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Generalist to join our team. The Marketing Generalist role entails coordinating and supporting the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. To succeed in the role, this person must be detail-oriented, highly self-motivated and an effective communicator. The ideal candidate is creative, willing to learn new things, possesses a passion for marketing and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and monitor marketing/communication strategies and tactics within scope of responsibility
- Collaborate with creative, content and digital marketing team members to fulfill requests from various departments
- Work closely with management to ensure proper branding and messaging is used for website copy, social media content, digital advertisements, etc.
- Provide content support (research, social media assistance, copy editing, etc.)
- Draft and edit marketing copy as requested (landing pages, social content, sales enablement materials, white papers, emails and more.)
- Generate reports to summarize digital marketing efforts for company social media accounts, blog, podcast, and any other platform integrated in the future
- Events and conferences – Assist and support marketing team with event needs
- Assess prioritization and return on marketing investment
- Coordinate activities required for event planning and execution
- Work with marketing team on conference follow up marketing
- Maintain and update any needed collateral for virtual and live events
- Manage the shipping coordination for conferences/podcast
- Monitor and manage the company promotional merchandise
- Manage conference booth inventory
- Assist with the creation and management of conference campaigns and reporting campaign effectiveness
- Assist, where needed, to support channel marketing initiatives
- Coordinate and assist with partner and client opportunities:
- Podcast/video interviews, testimonials, case studies, etc.
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of marketing experience
- Ability to work with staff at all levels of the organization
- Must have a high level of creativity, initiative, and self-direction
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
