Summary/Objective:

The position of Office Administrator will assume the roles of overseeing the daily service operations including the schedule, fielding customer calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining carpet technicians locations throughout the day.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. Field customer calls and schedule appointments and estimates.

2. Create and maintain the service schedule.

3. Communicate and coordinate with carpet cleaning technicians in between appointments.

4. Communicate with project managers on incoming losses and schedule estimates as needed.

5. Manage the company gas card and receipts.

Working Conditions:

1. Working primarily in an office environment.

2. Sitting in one spot for extended periods of time.

Qualifications:

1. Willing to learn and coachable

2. High School Diploma

3. 2 years of experience in an office setting.

Competencies:

1. Must be able to work as a part of a team to achieve the company’s overall goals.

2. Must demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills.

3. Must be able to read and process written communication including but not limited to measurements, directions, instructions, etc.

4. Must possess successful problem-solving skills.

5. Must be able to exhibit tact and diplomacy and maintain professional relationships with supervisors, fellow employees, customers, etc.

6. Must be able to prioritize and easily adapt to changes throughout the day.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
