## Job Overview
Founder and CEO seeking personal/executive assistant. Founder has multiple Substance Use Disorder facilities in northern Idaho and southern California. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with executives in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.
## Responsibilities
- Manage executives' calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and operations staff
- Provide executive administrative support as needed
- Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks
- Proficiently manage social media channels
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
- Support with DocuSign for electronic document signing
## Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role or a strong willingness to learn from experienced professionals
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with office procedures and office management systems
- Knowledge of and skilled in social media
