Job Summary:
White Lotus Group is seeking an innovative and self-driven Marketing Director to lead and execute all marketing initiatives. As a solo marketing professional, you will oversee branding, lead generation, and communication strategies across real estate development, commercial property management, residential property management, and self-storage operations. This role is pivotal in aligning marketing goals with business objectives and delivering measurable outcomes for diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media and Content Management
- Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for real estate development, commercial and residential property management, and self-storage operations.
- Create and maintain a content calendar, producing engaging posts that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, refining strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Brand Management
- Establish, maintain, and enhance brand consistency for White Lotus Group and Armor Storage across all entities and marketing channels.
- Design marketing collateral, including brochures, signage, email campaigns, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision and goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine and promote brand identity for diverse market segments.
3rd Party Vendor Management
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as marketing agencies, designers, and media professionals, to execute campaigns and projects.
- Manage relationships to ensure quality, timely delivery, and alignment with organizational branding and objectives.
Lead Generation and Tracking
- Design and implement lead tracking systems tailored to real estate development, property management, and self-storage operations.
- Develop campaigns to attract potential tenants, clients, and investors, leveraging data-driven methods to optimize results.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to leadership and relevant departments.
Industry-Specific Marketing Systems
- Create marketing workflows and systems for different entities, ensuring effective communication and lead tracking for real estate, property management, and storage operations.
- Utilize tools and software to automate processes and enhance efficiency in managing diverse marketing campaigns.
- Continuously evaluate and refine marketing strategies to meet the unique needs of each business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on real estate, property management, or related industries preferred.
- Experience working independently or leading solo marketing efforts is highly desirable.
