What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the business office, including accounting, billing, and payroll functions.
- Supervise office staff and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including budgets, financial reports, and invoices.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational workflows and effective communication.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable, as well as handle resident billing and insurance claims, if applicable.
