Duties
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism as they arrive at the clinic.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient use of the veterinarian's time.
- Maintain accurate medical records and manage client files with confidentiality.
- Process payments and manage medical collections as needed.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations within the clinic.
- Keep the reception area tidy and organized to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
