Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Mathematics Teacher to join our educational team starting in
the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mathematical instruction and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for students in grades 9 through 12.

Required Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Washington State teaching certificate with a secondary mathematics endorsement, or
- Demonstrated proficiency in teaching to specific learning targets and adapting instruction to meet diverse
- In-depth knowledge of current trends in mathematics education, including the integration of technology to
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff, fostering a collaborative and
- Familiarity with a range of instructional strategies and evidence of effective classroom management skills.
- Bilingual Spanish
- Ability to articulate and implement effective practices to assist second-language learners and Special
- Commitment to participate in extracurricular activities, including coaching athletics or advising clubs.
- AVID/GLAD/SIOP Trained.
- A genuine ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
- Upholding high moral and ethical standards in all professional interactions.
- Maintaining high expectations for both personal performance and student achievement.
- Demonstrating enthusiasm and a passion for facilitating student success in mathematics.
