Hybrid IT Audit Manager - Leader in the FinTech Industry

Leader in the FinTech industry is looking for an IT Audit/Cloud Manager to report to the Head of IT Audit. They have a phenomenal culture of driven, polished, yet laid back individuals, have excellent hours (most teams don’t work past 5:30pm), have very lucrative bonuses, and have one of the best 401ks on the market (7% dollar for dollar match, plus an automatic 3% contribution - that vest immediately- so 10% of your base salary is given to you every year on top of the bonus). They constantly are improving and staying ahead of the curve and run very lean so you will consistently be working directly with the C-Suite. This role will operate on a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days in office.

Job Function

• Take full ownership of all Cloud-based audits and present DIRECTLY to the Audit Committee
• Drive data analytics and improvements within the Cloud
• IT Infrastrucure: Windows / Unix - auditing areas such as security settings, pen testing, patch management, encryption
• Cloud: auditing cloud systems (IaaS, SaaS) as the firm is moving toward cloud-based solutions
• Information Security: auditing full Info Sec programs.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with Info Sec personnel
  

Job Requirements

• 6 years of Audit experience of Cloud-based systems
• CISSP highly preferred
• Public IT Audit Infrastructure/Information Security experience either currently or at some point during career
• FinTech, Payments, Banking industries highly preferred, but open to experience at large complex organizations in other industries
