Provider Network Liaison - Non-Profit

Job Function

• Engage with physician offices and medical facilities to request and retrieve patient medical records.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including visit schedules, retrieval statuses, and provider communications.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and all relevant laws governing the release and handling of medical records.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians, office managers, and healthcare staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve challenges related to record retrieval or provider communications.
• Provide regular reports and status updates on records retrieval activities to management.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or Higher
• Associates Degree preferred
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
• 1 year work experience
• Preferably with Medical Records, Health Care Coordinator, or Receptionist roles
• Familiarity with Medical Terms and HIPAA a huge plus
