What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR/Scheduling Coordinator position at Whitestone Care Center?

Qualification/Responsibilities:
- Must possess High school graduate or equivalent
- Process and verify timecards/sheets, schedules, etc., on a daily basis
- Ensure that the nurse aide certificate is verified and submitted to the Nurse Aide Registry on a timely basis
- Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years experience in Payroll Administration
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning payroll/personnel administration in nursing care facilities, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, Workers compensation
- MUST HAVE – ERP AP system experience (Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics preferred
- Must have, a minimum of, two (2) years experience in a nursing care facility
- Ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census.
- Must have one (1) year of experience in scheduling at a nursing care facility
- Assisting with the scheduling process on the off days
