ABOUT THE POSITION:
Seeking an experienced Manager, Litigation to lead litigation consulting, forensic investigations, and compliance monitoring. The role involves overseeing financial analyses, fraud investigations, and economic damage assessments across various industries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead litigation support, forensic accounting, and valuation engagements.
- Supervise teams on fraud investigations, financial disputes, and compliance matters.
- Conduct financial analyses, draft expert reports, and present findings.
- Manage client and attorney relationships, engagement budgets, and staffing.
- Identify business development opportunities through networking and thought leadership.
- Travel as needed (approximately 25% annually).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Accounting required.
- CPA required; CFE, CFF, MAFF, or valuation credentials (ASA, ABV, CVA) preferred.
Experience:
- 5 years in forensic accounting, litigation consulting, or economic damage analysis.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and litigation support tools.
- Business valuation experience is a plus.
