Job Opportunity
We are currently seeking an HR Assistant to work closely with our HR Manager, supporting key administrative tasks and projects.
Responsibilities
- Support HR administrative tasks, such as weekly payroll, vacation requests, and performance evaluations
- Produce regular reports for HR purposes
- Coordinate scheduling of drug tests for employees
- Assist with company events and activities
- Manage pre-employment paperwork, employee handbooks, and other related documents
- Ensure timely completion of employment-related tasks
- Additional tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
Skills Required

- Preferably, reside within close proximity to Whitworth's location in Hardinsburg
- Meet physical requirements of the role without restrictions
