As a detail-oriented Employment Benefits Case Builder, your primary responsibilities will include building, testing, and maintaining benefits enrollment cases in Employee Navigator, Selerix, and Ease. You will configure benefit plans, rates, eligibility rules, and carrier connections while ensuring data accuracy and system functionality. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve configuration or system issues in a timely manner, collaborate with internal teams, brokers, and carriers to ensure a smooth enrollment experience, manage case updates and changes during annual open enrollment and throughout the plan year, and stay updated on platform enhancements and industry trends to optimize case-building processes.
