In this role, you will be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining benefits enrollment cases while configuring benefit plans, rates, eligibility rules, and carrier connections. You will also perform quality assurance testing to ensure data accuracy and system functionality, troubleshoot and resolve configuration or system issues in a timely manner, collaborate with internal teams, brokers, and carriers to ensure a smooth enrollment experience, manage case updates and changes during annual open enrollment and throughout the plan year, and stay updated on platform enhancements and industry trends to optimize case-building processes.
