Responsibilities:
- Dispatch and coordinate the movement of personal to doctor appointmens.
- Utilize GPS and transportation management systems to track and monitor
- Analyze transportation data to optimize routes and ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other facilities to provide updates on ETA
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the transportation process
Experience:
- Previous experience in dispatching or logistics is preferred
-Management is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to analyze transportation data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with drivers, customers, and other facilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
