Business Development Opportunities
The Assistant Director of Marketing and Business Development-Litigation will identify and pursue business development opportunities that align with our firm's goals and objectives. This includes collaborating with our lawyers to develop thought leadership opportunities, identifying speaking and authorship opportunities with professional and trade organizations, and evaluating sponsorship and event opportunities.
In this role, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and improve our reputation as a leading law firm. You will also be responsible for managing internal and external resources, developing and maintaining marketing materials and content, and organizing events, seminars, and webinars.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic marketing plans and track progress.
- Collaborate with lawyers to develop thought leadership opportunities.
- Evaluate sponsorship and event opportunities.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials and content.
- Organize events, seminars, and webinars, and coordinate cross-practice efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or journalism or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in strategic marketing and business development in a professional services environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing demands.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
