Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.*
- Perform information, admission, and cashier services including explaining policies and procedures, identifying various automotive parts, and handling cash, store credit, and credit card transaction.*
- Utilize software to assist customers to promote a positive part-pulling experience.
- Enforce Wilbert’s U-Pull It “Rules and Policies” including inspection of all tools and/or personal belongings entering and exiting our facilities.*
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation throughout the indoor retail area.*
- Clean and maintain the outside parking lot and yard entrance area.*
- Bring wheel barrels and carts back to the holding area.*
- Promote Wilbert’s Family of businesses in person or over the phone to promote positive and successful interactions.*
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
