We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. Duties
- Overseeing daily operations and staff management
- Assist with the payroll processing and ensure accurate employee records.
- Monitor sales performance and assist in setting pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Maintain administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, reporting, inventory, and compliance with company policies.
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members to foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Conduct regular audits of sales reports and inventory levels to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop budgets.
Experience
- Previous experience in a retail or supervisory role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail math principles is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members and customers.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
- Interested in backyard bird feeding but to experience with the hobby is necessary. WE WILL TRAIN YOU!
