As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in our establishment.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Process payments using the cash register, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Uphold the standards of casual dining service, including proper etiquette and professionalism.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in casual dining or nightclub settings, is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn about menu items and promote sales effectively.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
