E-Commerce Associate

Job Summary
The ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for working directly with our ecommerce customres.

Job Duties

• Manage day-to-day operations of ecommerce wholesale accounts and partnerships.
• Ensure timely and accurate product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date product catalogs, pricing, and promotions on partner platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product listings, order management, and shipping.
• Develop and maintain reporting to track key performance metrics, using Excel and NetSuite.
• Assist in the development and execution of strategies to grow revenue with ecommerce partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in ecommerce, particularly with wholesale or B2B platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis) is a must.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
