About the Role:
The Account Executive – New Business is responsible for expanding client relationships within our New Business team, delivering the expected client experience standards to achieve the company’s growth goals. This role will communicate, facilitate, and execute risk solutions on behalf of our Commercial Lines clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience for new business by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
- Work closely with the Team Lead and Producers to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and growing the agency’s book of business.
- Maintain strong relationships with Carriers and Wholesales, negotiating with underwriters to secure the best possible terms.
- Adhere to agency procedures by accurately documenting all client interactions and activities in the Agency Management System (AMS) in accordance with agency guidelines.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including attaching documents and communications, creating proposals, setting up accounts in AMS and Agency Zoom, and completing supplemental applications.
Role Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fast learner, ambitious, receptive to feedback.
