About the Role: The Wilhite Law Firm is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation/Litigation Attorney to play a pivotal role in our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly case reviews to ensure efficiency and case progression.
- Oversee the drafting and dispatch of essential correspondence (e.g., CGIA, spoliation, and WC Notices).
- Lead demand reviews in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment on case strategy.
- Manage settlement disbursements, resolve subrogation claims, liens, and any third-party interests.
- Develop client cases comprehensively, ensuring all injuries, damages, and other losses are meticulously documented to maximize recovery.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of case-specific legal issues (e.g., insurance policies, lien language, and settlement releases).
- Build and sustain strong client relationships through regular communication and informed advisement.
- Negotiate favorable settlements on behalf of clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Would prefer a year of experience or more in litigation but are willing to consider attorneys that just passed the bar exam in November, or passed in May.
- License: Must hold an active license to practice law in Texas.

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 with additional performance-based incentives.
