We are looking for a Vice President of Operations (Staffing) to optimize recruitment processes, scale service delivery, and enhance operational efficiency . This role is perfect for a strategic leader who can drive business growth through strong systems, process improvement, and performance-driven staffing solutions .
What You’ll Do :
Oversee Staffing & Recruitment Operations – Lead the end-to-end staffing process , ensuring efficient talent acquisition, placement, and retention .
Optimize Workflow & Performance Metrics – Implement best-in-class processes, KPIs, and technology to improve recruitment efficiency, client satisfaction, and profitability .
Scale & Expand Staffing Services – Develop and execute a growth-focused operational strategy to scale our full-desk recruiting model .
Manage & Develop Recruiters – Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team , ensuring best practices, training, and performance management .
Ensure Compliance & Quality Standards – Oversee licensing, credentialing, and regulatory compliance in all staffing placements.
Collaborate with Leadership on Strategic Growth – Work directly with the CEO, VP of Sales & Partnerships, and VP of Business Development to align operational execution with business goals.
Leverage Technology for Efficiency – Drive the adoption of CRM, ATS, and HR tech tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Monday.com for seamless operations .
Enhance Client & Candidate Experience – Ensure a high-touch, relationship-driven staffing model that sets The Wilkinson Firm apart from traditional agencies .
What We’re Looking For :
7 years in operations leadership within staffing, HR consulting, or healthcare recruiting .
Proven experience scaling staffing operations in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Strong process improvement and KPI management skills —you know how to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and optimize recruiter performance .
Deep knowledge of healthcare / behavioral health staffing & compliance requirements .
Leadership experience managing full-desk recruiters & staffing teams .
Entrepreneurial mindset —you thrive in building and scaling operational systems .
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms (Bullhorn, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
SHRM, PHR, or staffing industry certifications (a plus but not required).
