Duties

- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans for residents, particularly those requiring specialized dementia care.
- Maintain financial oversight through budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure the facility operates within its means while providing exceptional care.
