About the Role
The Assistant Vice President/Director of Operations for Institutional Diversity, Equity will play a critical role in promoting inclusion and equity on campus and beyond. This includes working closely with the Vice President and other members of the OIDEI leadership team to develop strategies that promote diversity and inclusion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing programs and initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion
- Managing projects from inception to completion
- Utilizing data to assess constituents' needs
- Providing leadership to the executive administrator(s) and program coordinator(s)
We are seeking a collaborative and experienced professional who can excel in a diverse community and communicate effectively with various individuals, offices, and departments on campus. A bachelor's degree is required (advanced degree preferred), with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
