About the Role:
We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Admin/Receptionist to be the welcoming face and supportive backbone of our office in Iola Kansas on Mondays and Fridays. In this role, you’ll manage front desk duties, provide administrative support, and help ensure a smooth experience for our clients and team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer incoming calls
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain organized records and assist with basic data entry
- Support day-to-day office tasks and help keep things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- A compassionate, respectful demeanor – especially in sensitive client interactions
- Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role is a plus
