The Regional Operations Manager - Final Mile Delivery position is a key part of our Supply Chain team, and we're seeking a skilled professional to lead our Regional Hub Operations. This individual will be responsible for developing leaders and driving home delivery business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic leadership and operational excellence across Regional Hub Operations supporting home delivery
- Developing direct reporting Operation Managers to drive home delivery business growth
- Motivating, mentoring, and coaching Williams-Sonoma Associates under their direction
We prefer candidates with a strong background in logistics and distribution, as well as experience in managing large-scale operations. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field, and at least 3-5 years of relevant management experience are also required.
