At Willis Mechanical, Inc., we are redefining customer service by taking a proactive approach to Preventive Maintenance Customer Account Management. We seek a driven, detail-oriented, and relationship-focused Account Manager who will act as the go-to expert for our clients, ensuring they get the most value from our services.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements, energy efficiency upgrades, and equipment replacements.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess equipment condition, gather insights, and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with dispatchers, technicians, and project managers to ensure smooth service execution.
- Present and close proposals for repairs and replacements, improving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Leverage software tools to track customer interactions and proactively follow up.
- Stay ahead of customer needs, ensuring they receive the best possible service and don’t have to chase solutions.
- Attend industry events and business functions to strengthen relationships and expand opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- An industry enthusiast – Must have a solid understanding of commercial HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems.
- While direct experience is preferred, a strong willingness to learn and grow in the industry is essential.

- A great communicator – You can present solutions, in person, over the phone, or via email.

What You’ll Need:
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge and experience in the HVAC, plumbing, and/or refrigeration field
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer service (preferred but not required)
- Strong organization and time management skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently
- Ability to conduct site visits, including climbing ladders and accessing rooftops when necessary
- Familiarity with CRM software (or a willingness to learn)
- Reliable transportation for customer visits
- A passion for delivering top-tier service
