About Us:
Willow Creek Healthcare Center, a skilled nursing facility located in Clovis, CA, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Staffing Coordinator to join our team full-time. The Staffing Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the facility is appropriately staffed to provide the highest quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and maintain daily and weekly staffing schedules for nursing and care staff (CNAs, LVNs, RNs)
Coordinate and adjust staffing schedules based on call-offs, PTO, leaves of absence, and census changes
Monitor and ensure compliance with facility staffing requirements and state/federal regulations
Communicate with department managers, supervisors, and staff to fill open shifts timely
Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, schedule changes, and overtime
Assist with tracking and reporting staff hours for payroll processing
Manage employee timecards and attendance documentation
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes for new nursing staff
Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors
Support HR and Nursing Leadership as needed with administrative tasks
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Staffing Coordinator in a healthcare or skilled nursing facility preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with scheduling software or timekeeping systems (preferred)
Working knowledge of California SNF staffing requirements a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented
High School Diploma or GED required
