Location & Flexibility
Our HR Business Partner is an integral part of our team at WillowTree. To help retain our deep culture of collaboration, this role will maintain an in-office presence in a hybrid capacity. Ideally, you will be based in our Columbus, OH, or Durham, NC, office.
Secondarily, we are willing to consider candidates desiring to be based in our Charlottesville, VA, or Boston, MA, office.

To achieve this, you will partner closely with our executive team as well as leaders across our firm who are passionate about their craft and their teams.
This will allow you to influence leadership decisions, help foster employee development, and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities
- Building strong relationships with executive stakeholders and leaders to drive business unit and firm-wide HR initiatives forward
- Developing positive relationships with all team members within the business unit as a knowledgeable and trusted HR advisor
- Providing performance management guidance and coaching to business unit executives and managers
- Facilitating team members' establishing and meeting performance development goals
- Guiding managers through difficult conversations, including disciplinary actions and performance development plans
- Analyzing HR trends and metrics to recommend solutions within the business unit and firmwide programs and policies to enhance organizational effectiveness, retention, and employee satisfaction.
- Resolving complex employee relations issues and grievances, including guiding mediation
- Conducting thorough and objective investigations including discrimination, harassment, policy violation, and misconduct
- Providing guidance to the business unit on workforce and succession planning, restructures, compensation, retention, and growth

USA Pay Range$110,000—$140,000 USD
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
