The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of invoicing and billing for trade show projects. This role requires excellent attention to detail, a strong understanding of billing process, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and process client invoices for trade show services, materials, and labor
Track and manage billing schedules based on project timelines
Reconcile vendor invoices and internal job costing
Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve billing inquiries or discrepancies
Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable (experience in the trade show or events industry is a plus)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with accounting or billing software , QuickBooks preferred
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
